A sake dedicated to the pursuit of umami. Due to limited production, it is only available directly from the brewery. Don’t miss this opportunity to savor it.
This product is a Junmai sake brewed with “Yamada Nishiki” rice, cultivated in the Hida region, and polished to a 60% ratio. It is the first time that Funasaka Shuzo has used “Kanazawa yeast,” resulting in a slightly fruity flavor. The rice is intentionally not over-polished, allowing it to pair well with richer dishes. Enjoy the essence of over 30 years of craftsmanship from our master brewer.

Preservation method:Sealed bottle can be kept in room temperature, unsealed bottle has to be in fridge.
There is no expiry date for Japanese sake, but it can be kept in unsealed condition for 180 days after the date of manufacture for the best quality of the sake. Once it is sealed, please finish the bottle as soon as possible. (within roughly 2 weeks is highly recommended)
